High-resolution PDF/X1a (300 dpi, CMYK, Press Quality preset), and allow 0.125″ bleed
High-resolution (300 dpi, CMYK) TIFF or EPS file, allow 0.125″ bleed
If you must submit a .jpeg file follow all, ensure all images and artwork are CMYK and 300dpi in resolution
No MS Publisher or graphics in Word documents can be accepted

General Requirements:

Embed or outline all fonts
Make sure all RGB and spot colors are converted to CMYK.
Finished printing will include a .25″ border around all pages/between ads. Make sure all important material is within the live area and bleed extends on all sides of the ad.
Please do not include trim lines in your document setup; your file should be set to the bleed dimensions noted above.
Please note that these are not mandatory requirements, but much preferred.
